What to include on the template
Keep it to one card per guest. Anything longer and people stop filling them in.

A scoring system that feels fair
The hard part of a paper pool is deciding who won weeks later. Use a points system and write it on the card before anyone plays:
- Birth date: 100 points, minus 5 for each day off.
- Birth time: 100 points, minus 1 for every 10 minutes off.
- Weight: 100 points, minus 10 per pound off (so ounces still matter).
- Sex: 100 points for correct, 0 otherwise.
- Name: hardest to score by hand. "Ellie" against "Eleanor" is closer than "Marcus," so judge by spelling and sound rather than an exact match.
